CONTROLLED PHOTOGRAPHY

ISO AND WHITE BALANCE shots made indoors and outdoors OUTDOOR  SETTINGS :  P     1/500     f13     ISO 800 WB = cloudy The obvious subject is Gwyn but specifically her hand. Tried to capture the emotion and the unintentional message that lies with it. What could've been done better is the fact that some of the background was also in focus INDOOR SETTINGS:     P     1/1000     F20     ISO 3200 WB: cloudy The picture turned out grainy because of the imbalance of settings. This may be due to the fact that I had the outdoor settings. SETTINGS :     P     1/500     f13     ISO 800 This shot was taken accidentally but is a significant shot because the colours that can be seen go well with each other, in my opinion. FOCUSING BASICS

DEPTH OF FIELD SHOOT   SETTINGS:    AV     F5.0     ISO 800      failed attempt of depth of field because there was a limitation as there was not a wide enough aperture. The problem was that the camera kept focusing on the fence instead of the intended subject  SETTINGS:     AV    F5.0     ISO 800 Attempted  a low aperture on a water bottle just in case it was just  the photographer's errors but clearly it had worked. This may be due to the subject being up close so the camera was able to distinguish between the subject and everything else. Easier to put the background out of focus (OOF) SO INSTEAD... SETTINGS:     AV     F5.0     ISO 800 While the setting is the same,  I approached the low aperture in a different way, putting the two subjects in the frame with a blurred background. The two...
